We met Ray Lampe (AKA Dr. BBQ) and he signed my well-worn edition of his book.

This is it! Among the Best of the Best at the Invitational, this chicken took 35th place!

While cooking in the Kids-Q, Nick got interviewed by a reporter from the Kansas City Star.

Nick wasn't quite on his own. His old man was there to dispense advice.
