A Great Event to Honor A Great Man

The Baltic BBQ Boyz are proud to once again host the Annual Allen Hamner Memorial Cook-off in Condon, Oregon as part of Condon's Fabulous Fourth festivities. We started this event last year to honor Kim's father Allen, who was the town pharmacist and was very active in the civic promotion of Condon until his death in 2005. He was the very definition of a pillar of the community and he loved good barbecue, so this event is dedicated to him.

This year promises to be our best yet! Painted Hills Beef is sponsoring this year and will be donating a beef brisket to all competitors. This will be a great event for both beginners and experienced pit bosses, so I encourage you to check out the Condon Cook-off website for more details!
