Championship BBQ In Eastern Oregon

The Baltic BBQ Boyz are proud to once again help host the Eastern Oregon State BBQ Championship Presented by the Allen Hamner Foundation in Condon, Oregon as part of Condon's Fabulous Fourth festivities.

We started this event as part of the Allen Hamner Memorial Foundation to honor Kim's father Allen, who was the town pharmacist and was very active in the civic promotion of Condon until his death in 2005. He was the very definition of a pillar of the community and he loved good barbecue, so this event is dedicated to him.
